Your frequently asked questions, answered.
Are the activities going to run exactly as described?

The information provided in this catalogue is tentative and based on a brief overview. The exact activity details will be provided, or customised to meet your requirements, upon discussion.

What is the price of each activity?

The final cost is dependent on various factors, including number of participants, preferred date and time, availability and experience of facilitator(s), and more. The estimated price you may see here is an approximation based on 10 pax, and in some cases may be lower with more participants.

As the price range varies for each activity chosen, please submit an activity request for further information. Where possible, we may suggest another activity to suit your budget.

What is the difference in location - onsite, offsite, online?

These are indicators on where the facilitator can carry out the activity. These are not final and can be discussed later on.

Onsite: On your premises e.g. your office, activity room or a venue provided by you

Offsite: Away from your workplace e.g. on the facilitator or vendor's premises or outdoors

Online: Virtual session via video conferencing e.g. Google Meet, Zoom.

Hybrid: Some participants can join online while the activity is carried out onsite.

Are you able to cater food and/or gifts for participants?

Yes, if you require any additional add-ons, please let us know.

Food requests can include dietary requirements such as halal, vegan, etc. We may also have diverted food and up-cycled food options.

Gifts can be sourced from our partner local brands. Customisation options may be available.

I would like to book or plan for multiple activities over a period of time. How should I do this?

You may let us know in your message when you submit a form on our website, or simply contact us at community@urbanorigins.sg.

I think this is interesting, but I don't know if my colleagues will feel the same way.

We can help you make it an easier choice for them! You can select some options for them to choose (survey, vote, etc.), set up a group call with your colleagues for us to go through the options, or simply give one of our more popular activities a try and see how it goes! We can also customise activities to suit the unique needs of your team.
